By purchasing from ROEOUE, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Custom Orders

All ROEOUE heating kits are custom-made to order based on your floor plan. Once a design has been confirmed and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Installation

ROEOUE products are designed for DIY underfloor installation only. They are not suitable for wall, ceiling, or any other application. ROEOUE is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.

3. Warranty

All ROEOUE heating systems come with a 10-year product warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or physical damage.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery times and shipping options.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROEOUE's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
