Standard Products

(Graphene Heating Film — Single Panels, Thermostats)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:

Unused and uninstalled
In original packaging with all accessories included

To initiate a return, please contact us at [Liguoh73@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Custom & Kit Orders

(GrapheneWarm Pro Heating Kits — All Sizes, Custom Floor Heating Kit)

All heating kits and custom orders are made-to-order based on your floor plan and specific requirements. As such:

All custom and kit orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.
Production begins after you confirm your floor plan design and complete payment.
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, before production starts.

Quality Guarantee

While we do not accept returns on custom orders, we stand behind the quality of our products:

You must inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will replace defective or damaged components at no additional cost.

Important Notes

We strongly recommend verifying your floor plan measurements before confirming your order.
GrapheneWarm Pro is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Installation damage is not covered under our return policy.
