Estimated delivery: 25–32 business days
Carrier: International standard freight

⚡ Expedited Shipping

Cost: Paid by customer (calculated at checkout)
Estimated delivery: 12–15 business days
Carrier: International express freight

Order Processing

All kits are custom-made after your floor plan design is confirmed. Please allow 1–3 business days for production after design approval before your order ships.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Duties

ROEOUE covers all standard import duties for US orders shipped via our free standard shipping option. For expedited shipping, any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
